Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting practices.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions
- Ability to keep up with email and processing orders
- Process invoices and billing
- Assist others as a back-up for accounts payable transactions
- Answer phones
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior Accounting experience or bookkeeping is preferred
