• Process high volume invoices for payments
• Reconciling statements and transactions
• Preparing journal entries
• Verifying certain general ledger accounts
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges

Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of payables and general ledger experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Sage 50 experience preferred, but not required
• Fluency in spoken and written English
