Job Description
• Responsible for month-end close journal entries associated with general accruals, cash transfers, AP reclasses, and prepaids.
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparation of key internal reports such as AP aging and outstanding checks listing.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly analytical reporting including commentary on balance sheet and P&L variances.
• Ad hoc projects as required.
• Perform other such duties as may be required.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
+ At least three (3) years related experience and/or training/ leading a team
+ Account reconciliation experience
+ Accruals experience
+ Experience in SAP and Microsoft Excel highly preferred
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 1 Year(s).
Work Environment
Training will be 100% in office, and then option to be hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 remote based on performance.
