As an Accounts Payable Analyst on the Fisher Investments Accounts Payable Team, you will enter, route, and pay a high volume of vendor invoices for an array of normal business expenses, ranging from marketing materials to the expenses that keep the lights on. The team is also responsible for reimbursing employees for expenses like inter-office travel and client meetings.
The Opportunity:
An Accounts Payable Analyst delivers excellent client service, providing a holistic view of the Accounts Payable process. You will safeguard tangible and intangible assets through strong internal controls and risk mitigation. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be one of the last lines of defense, playing an essential role in ensuring we pay in the right way, at the right time, to the right people. The Accounts Payable Analyst will have the opportunity to increase their functional and technical abilities and their auditing techniques and ability to manage complexity.
The Day-to-Day:
- Review business transactions for accuracy and proper supporting documentation
- Help pay domestic and international vendors for all departments within the firm
- Reconcile firm accounts monthly and quarterly
- Review and propose quarterly and yearly accruals
- Complete month-end close activities
- Complete projects in collaboration with various Finance teams and Finance management
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with full cycle Accounts Payable
- Accounting Degree or commensurate experience
- Knowledge of general accounting concepts and applications
- Experience working on a medium or large ERP system (SAP a plus)
- Experience working with 3-way matching
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
