Accounts Payable Analyst - Tandym

A programs and services company in New York is looking to add a new Accounts Payable Analyst to their team.

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Analyst will:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and manage vendor communications
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of related experience
• Knowledge in QuickBooks and Dynamix
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
