Accounts Payable Assistant - Genadyne Biotechnologies

Job Responsibilities:

Reviewing shipping invoices- Downloading, printing, getting approvals and confirm they are correct. Disputing invoices and follow up.

AMEX monthly review- downloading, sending to each card holder for accuracy and approval.

Setting up new vendors in Visual, requesting W-9 info, and credit applications.

Reviewing commission reports.

Utility payments- sending invoices, tracking etc.

Renewing registrations online for autos.

Posting ACH payments in Visual daily.

Emailing Vendors payment status after checks were issued.

Submit monthly commission reports for  sales rep. to payroll.

Prepare monthly / quarterly rebate reports and issue checks.

Detailed Avalon Collection / Invoice Report (Open each invoice and input info into an excel spreadsheet.)

Create sales report for sales rep.  

Assist with label printing and editing.

Update inventory on a daily basis.

Printing Fed Ex, UPS and USPS labels for shipping

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience.

Bookkeeping background.

High School Diploma.
