Accounts Payable Associate - Transteck, Inc

Transteck is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate for our Freightliner of Harrisburg and Lebanon dealerships. This role will split their time between the two dealerships. This is a fast paced environment with many opportunities for advancement.

Job Description:

• Routing incoming calls to correct departments
• Daily reconciliation of cash and credit cards and preparation of bank deposit
• Reconciling cashier drawers for service and parts department
• Application of customer payments
• Scanning documents into CDK software
• Filing vendor invoices
• Posting A/P and parts invoices daily
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Check credit reference for credit applications
• Track W-9, Certificates of Insurance, and tax exempt forms
• Review accounting schedules and investigate discrepancies

Requirements for position:

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong work ethic and reliable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers
• Excellent phone skills
• CDK software experience is helpful
