Overview of the Accounts Payable Associate role:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable
• Scan and file invoices
• Data Entry
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Associate:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist experience
• Solid MS Excel
• Detail oriented
• Ability to handle fast paced environment with accuracy
