MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):
- High School diploma
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Foundational AP experience
- Heavy data entry
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Must be okay with a dog friendly office
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our ideal candidate is a solution-oriented and highly motivated individual possessing effective communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts in person, via phone, and through email. You must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail to effectively balance and prioritize workload. You will work with vendors, design teams, expediting and management to ensure the accuracy and data entry of large quantities of invoices, process and verify expense reimbursements, and maintain vendor records.
