Accounts Payable Auditor - ZIM

Main purpose of the Role:

This position will be responsible for Auditing expenses in the Caribbean and Central America. ain purpose of the Role:

Main Tasks:

• Overview on on-going basis agents’ expenses – Agfa and SAP. 
• Approve expenses via WF
• Review and approve commissions
• Monitoring SOA’s are closed on time
• Make sure agents work according to Company’s best practice
• Gather information and explanation for HO for ad-hoc requests
• Solve problem agents might have with posting of expenses. Approach HO when required.
• On a quarterly basis – update the missing zimaps costs in the system
• Approach agents with cost deviations
• On a quarterly basis – Push agents to submit invoices and closed monthly SOA
• Update auditor supervisor regarding missing costs that requires a provision
• Monitor agency’s KPI are met
• Approach agent when not meeting the KPI and set a work plan for improvement

Requirements:

• Background in finance - advantage

• Spanish speaker 

• 4 year University/College – Advantage

• 2 years of experience in the Shipping industry – Advantage

• Experience with SAP - advantage
