Currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in accounting and finance for an AP/Billing role in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living environments.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices accurately and timely (70% Accounts Payable) (30% Billing).
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Healthcare billing experience preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
