Full Job Description

Visionary Broadband is seeking an accomplished, upbeat, and friendly individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk for the Gillette, WY office. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the accounts payable process as well as other various accounting policies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Invoice auditing
• Credit card reconciliations
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Scan and file processed invoices
• Analyze workflow processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
• Establish and maintain relationships with other managers and team members within the company

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate degree in a business-related field preferred

1-2 years Accounts Payable experience

Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers

Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Must be available to work occasional times outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule
