Job Overview:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy in invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to the month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain approvals and documentation for payment processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing and analyzing monthly AP reports.

Qualifications desired for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, including invoice processing, payment methods, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Pinellas County, Full-time, on-site.

Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 annually, with the opportunity for professional growth.
