If you have at least one year of accounts payable experience and are proficient in Excel, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

• Run bi-weekly Excel reports and verify the data
• Sort and distribute vendor invoices electronically using our document imaging software
• Enter vendor invoices into our accounting software
• Perform various bank duties
• Verify banking info with vendors
• Complete vendor credit apps

Accounts Payable Requirements

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience understanding of basic accounting principles
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Speed and accuracy for data entry excellent 10-key skills
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
