About the Job
As the Accounts Payable Consultant manages all activities in the accounts payable function. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and check requests and maintains accurate records and control reports.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Efficiently handling large volumes of AP invoices using a popular invoicing software
- Managing the approval process by routing invoices and following up with various levels of leadership
- Providing support to internal employees with the invoicing system and processing invoices
- Addressing employee inquiries and providing status updates
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies, as well as adding new vendors
- 3+ years experience in AP, high-volume AP inbox experience.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
