Our customer is a progressive industry leader in manufacturing that offers a long term career opportunity
They are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$24 – $27/hr
Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for vouchering processes
This Accounts Payable Coordinator role will be utilizing SAP software and create, record and process vouchers
This role will assist in the accurate and efficient handling of vendor invoice.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
Vouchering process, including creating, recording, and processing vouchers in the SAP system
Ensure vouchers are accurate and complete, with no discrepancies or errors
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as internal controls, to ensure compliance
Work closely with the AP Manager and other team members to facilitate efficient and effective AP operations
Identify opportunities to improve vouchering processes and implement best practices
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
Experience in Accounts Payable including vouchering
SAP, PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office
Detail oriented
Problem solver
Manufacturing background a plus
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED is required
