Accounts Payable Coordinator at Vaco, LLC

About the Job
This is a temp-to-hire position, with an on-site schedule for the first 90 days, then a hybrid schedule of 2 days in-office.
Responsbilities:
- Accurately enter and code invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely processing.
- Review invoices for accuracy and secure necessary approvals for payment based on the Delegation of Authority.
- Prepare and process weekly payment files for checks, ACH, and virtual card transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on vendor information monthly, including reviewing vendor statements and outstanding invoices for utilities, leases, and similar expenses.
- Provide support to the Corporate Accounting team and field operational leadership.
- Research and resolve vendor issues promptly, addressing balance forward items and gathering necessary documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of annual 1099 reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting preferred but not required
- Three years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience working with DynamicsGP and/or DynamicsSL preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
