Accounts Payable Coordinator
We have been engaged by one of our top clients, who is a UK based manufacturing organization. Their US corporate office has recently been through an acquisition, and are moving the acquired companies positions locally to the Connecticut office. They have excellent work/life balance and opportunity for advancement. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team!
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will process and enter purchase orders
- Research and look into purchase orders to make sure that pricing and terms match
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be able to switch from entity to entity and ensure accuracy
- Make check deposits
- Record daily bank activity in Excel and within the General Ledger.
Job Requirements for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will have experience with the full AP cycle and some AR
- Technically savvy
- Able to handle multiple entities and okay with switching between them
- Someone who wants to grow and learn with the company
