Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience and will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and payments
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed
