Responsibilities of the AP Coordinator
- Full cycle accounts payable at a high volume
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Performing check runs
- Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by AP Manager
Experience Preferred for the AP Coordinator
- 2+ years of hands on accounts payable experience
- Experience with nonprofit industry, Coupa or MIP accounting software a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field a plus
