RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE:
Our client is a leading firm in the fertilization industry and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join the Accounting team. Join a solid team environment who is adaptive, fun, and a company which is great to work for!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE:
- The Accounts Payable Associate will enter invoices most of the day.
- The Accounts Payable Associate will double check peer's work in a fun fashion.
- Able to think through processes and research any discrepancies.
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
- Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
- Assist in monthly closings.
- The Accounts Payable Associate will assist with other duties as required by management.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail and adaptable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
MaxSalary: USD65000
MinSalary: USD50000
