About the Job
Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a full time Accounts Payable Coordinator position. Will perform accounts payable and cash receipts functions in accordance with Encore Village established policies.
Responsibilities:
- Review invoices received.
- Assist Controller with generation and distribution of A/P reporting activity.
- Follow up with appropriate personnel and/or vendors for resolution on issues surrounding invoices.
- Ensure all appropriate purchasing documentation is uploaded.
- Respond to all vendor and management questions regarding invoice processing and payment issuance. Provide any requested documentation.
- Review all correspondence sent regarding accounts payable.
- Collect cash receipts from drop boxes and billing department on a daily basis.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Must have basic understanding of bookkeeping and knowledge of computer data entry
