About the Job
Adecco is seeking a dynamic and efficient Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client’s team in Solon, OH. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the North American Accounts Payable processes. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex payment issues, driving process improvements, and supporting our team in achieving our financial goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance/accounting roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience with process improvement projects.
Experience with data analytics tools like PowerBI or BusinessObjects.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics: Develop and execute data analytics solutions to optimize our Accounts Payable processes and ensure timely payments.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings.
Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex payment issues escalated by internal and external stakeholders.
Team Support: Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations and serve as an escalation point for operational issues.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and participate in global projects.
Risk Management: Adhere to risk and control processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
