About the Company and Opportunity:

• CFS is working with one of our favorite clients to identify an Accounts Payable specialist to join their close-knit team!

Overview of the Accounts Payable role:

• Enter data from 100-200 invoices weekly into ERP system
• Code invoices in General Ledger, enter vendor and amounts
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable role:

• Minimum three years of high-volume accounts payable experience
• Basic excel skills; must be familiar with an ERP system
• Positive attitude, team player
• Excellent accuracy with data entry, attention to detail
• Ability to multi task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

This role is fully onsite 5 days/week in Elkhart, Indiana.
The salary range is between $40,680.00 and $45,680.00 depending on experience.
