AP / JIB accountant position
- Code the Codes invoices in AP workflow
- Process recurring monthly entries
- Send AP batches out for review and payment approval
- Correct coding when instructed
- Research and handle vendor inquiries
- Enter manual check requests from various departments
- Match checks to vendor invoices and mail out monthly vendor payments
- Experience with Enertia is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of different billing categories.
