Accounts Payable - Expert In Recruitment Solutions

This is a full time position –location is New Brunswick NJ –NJ New Brunswick park and ride –salary is 50-60k --want to hire someone ASAP –onsite --need someone who is USC or green card holder

About the Job
This position reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Performing day to day financial transactions, such as calculating, verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts payable data.
• Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Prioritizing invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
• Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
• Recording and tracking prepaid expenses.
• Auditing monthly credit card expenses and supporting documents.

About You

• Two years or more experience in accounts payable and working knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Solid knowledge of 1099 compliance and other regulatory requirements
