Monday through Friday 8 30 AM TO 5 30 PM

Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities
• High volume processing of monthly paper and electronic vendor bills
• Processing including invoice matching, invoice posting and invoice payment
• Chase order creation, verification and processing
• Other back-office administrative duties as needed

Accounts Payable Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).
• Precision in processing invoices and managing financial data.
