Accounts Payable/ Payroll Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our Tualatin has an immediate need for a Temporary Accounts Payable/ Payroll Specialist to join their team. This organization takes great pride in their culture and work environment providing a collaborative and friendly office environment. This is an onsite role paying $26-28 depending on experience.

As the Accounts Payable/ Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) in a high volume PO and Non-PO based invoices, coding to the GL and performing weekly check runs with the guidance of the Controller
• Payroll processing for up to 100 employees including salaried, hourly, and commission based employees
• Back up Accounts Receivable as needed

To be qualified you bring:

• 1+ years of full cycle AP experience
• ERP experience
• Payroll processing experience (Paycom preferred)
