About the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager Position:

They are seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to join their team
Essential Functions for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager:The Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager will oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation.
Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
Manage the billing process, including invoicing customers, monitoring accounts receivable aging, and following up on overdue payments.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on accounts payable and receivable activities for management review.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions and activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Preferred Requirements for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable management or related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager should have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
