InteLogix is seeking a Hybrid Accounts Payable Representative to join our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers. This position requires a strong understanding of financial data and moderate Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- This is a Hybrid position, but you must live in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and willing to travel to the facility from time to time.
- Data entry, complete clerical functions, and invoice validation
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals including time management.
- Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously remain diligent throughout the day.
- Respond to vendor emails, addressing and resolving inquiries related to invoice processing.
- Auditing Employee Expense reports
- Assisting employees with expense reports
- Assisting employees with corporate credit card inquiries via live chat
- Working Finance cases off hour employee inquiries
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and word documents to support accounts payable activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve expense report discrepancies / credit card statements independently.
- Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements.
Qualifications
What We Look for in a Candidate:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing excellent service.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in finance (payment/invoicing/accounting)
Skills:
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to:
- Add and remove information in cells
- Highlight and format cells
- Add and delete rows
- Navigate between cells and tabs within the same file
- Perform basic cell formatting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
