Position Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing our accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Payment Management: Prepare and execute payments to vendors, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Reconciliation: Assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Reporting: Generate reports on accounts payable activities and provide insights to management as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
