Job Details
- Manage full cycle of accounts payable process
- Responsible for AP for multiple entities and vendors
- Analyze AP workflow processes and look for areas of improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company policies
- Process due invoices for payments
- Process AP transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries
- Assist companies with invoicing and internal billing
