Accounts Payable Specialist at Creative Financial Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Process payments for all invoices the Accounts Payable ledger, verify financial data, review invoices to be completed for payment
• Perform vendor aging analysis.
• Maintain vendor database and required W-9 documentation
• Prepare annual 1099 report and journal entries as necessary
• Recording deposits both electronically + checks
• Billing once monthly for approximately 200 tenants

Experience Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree a plus
• Experience with Accounting Systems
• Strong attention to detail / ability to work independently
