Job Title: AP Specialist
Location: West Columbus, 100% onsite 5 days a week
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments for vendors, ensuring all accounts payable functions are completed in alignment with month-end deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures timely delivery and accurate processing of payments for vendors.
Adheres to month-end deadlines by executing all accounts payable tasks and ensuring the timely processing of expense-related documents to capture in the current period.
Prepares vendor account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Responds promptly, courteously, and accurately to requests for assistance from end users.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required).
