Accounts Payable Specialist - Contract

 Position Details

• 40 hours per week
• Start ASAP
• Six (6) month contract
• Day shift (7:30am - 4:00pm)

Position Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of high volume AP experience in Healthcare as 
• Current experience in invoice scanning systems
• Current experience electronic payment processes (ACH-Credit Card-Wire)
• Current experience with People Soft and/or Perceptive software experience
• Strong knowledge of California Sales Tax Accrual Regulations CA State 590 and Federal 1099 reporting
