The Accounts Payable Specialist Position is a member of the corporate team and will support all lines of business at Korn Ferry by ensuring timely, accurate payments, streamlining expense tracking, and maintaining compliance. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial health and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process vendor invoices
- Review W-9's for vendor setup
- Prepare and compile documents for scheduled payment runs
- Review and process Concur employee expense reports
- Follow Korn Ferry expense report policy
- Research payments
- Call vendors to verify bank details
- Respond to payment inquiries
- Assist A/P Lead with special projects and tasks
- SAP experience preferred
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to follow Accounts Payable policies and procedures
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Detail orientated
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication
Bachelor's degree preferred
