About the Job
Our client, a large local company, has an immediate need for an accounts payable specialist. The accounts payable specialist will report directly to the A/P manager and will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable for multiple entities.

Duties include:
- Daily processing of accounts payable invoices (scanning, entering, matching, coding)
- Weekly check runs
- Vendor management
- Processing 1099's
- Reconciling payments to corresponding accounts
- Monthly reporting
- Assisting with month end close
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates for the accounts payable specialist position should have 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
