Accounts Payable Specialist from The Bachrach Group

Our Client is expanding to their staff  and needs another Accounts Payable Specialist to help support the growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Process accounts payable invoices timely and accurately, verify expense coding, GL coding and department coding
• Match invoices to purchase orders noting descriptions, dates, amounts, etc. Review invoice descriptions and all pertinent details
• Review and analyze accounts payable balances on a weekly basis
• Schedule and process cash disbursements in accordance with payment and contractual terms
• Weekly accounts payable reconciliation, account analysis and month end journal entries
• Maintain accurate and complete files and records of vendors
• Monthly and quarterly sales tax filing
• Annual 1099-Misc filing
• Ad hoc projects as needed

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Experience with Concur software
• Analytical and problem solving skill set
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
