- Matching invoices, data entry, and coding
- Conducting weekly check runs
- Scanning and organizing backlogged documents
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with additional accounting tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
