Main Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process up to 100 invoices a week
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to collect information regarding accounts payable
• The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reconciling accounts
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will enter invoices, cut checks, and mail checks

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Extremely organized
