Accounts Payable Specialist at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Manchester, NH who is seeking a solid Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team. The organization will offer a competitive salary with solid growth potential.

The responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• Handle full-cycle accounts payable from receipt, to data entry, to check preparation including
• Ensure accuracy of all vendor invoices and credit memos received
• Ensures that all submitted requests for payment have proper back-up documentation, accurate account coding, and required signatures for approval
• Responsible for reviewing invoices for proper General Ledger coding and classification
• Responsible for reconciling the corporate charge accounts
• Review of invoice allocations and updating allocations based on updated figures
• Run check register and match invoices to reports
• Responsible for reviewing new vendors requests for appropriate documentation and maintaining the vendor demographics and terms

• 3+ years of full cycle accounts payable processing
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
