Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure proper authorization.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports.
- Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain vendor files and update vendor information as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare-focused environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, bill.com) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
