Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is vital for managing the accounts payable process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle accounts payable for both US and Canadian transactions, processing a high volume of invoices weekly.
- Ensure compliance by reviewing and matching invoices according to established policies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain detailed accounts payable reports and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams and other departments to streamline processes.
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements for accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, especially in high-volume settings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and a quick learner.
Additional Details:
- Team Environment: Work within a supportive team of 5 professionals.
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours available (8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 7:30 am – 4:30 pm).
- Work Model: In-office training for the first 1-2 months, followed by a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
