Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
In the Accounts Payable Specialist role, you’ll take ownership of critical accounts payable functions, including:

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable: Oversee all phases of the AP process.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Expense Management: Process and monitor expenses.
• GL Coding: Accurately code entries to the general ledger.
• Invoice Processing: Manage and process 130+ invoices weekly.
• Check Runs: Execute timely and accurate check runs.
• Matching: Verify the matching of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

• Experience with Sage Intacct, Concur, or Manage Engine is a plus.
