- Research payment statuses to verify if invoices are paid.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid invoices.
- Send approval requests to appropriate contacts for invoice confirmation.
- Communicate with relevant departments for any discrepancies or payment issues.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:
- Accounts Payable
- Attention to detail
- Associates Degree or relevant experience equating to degree
- Solid computer skills
MaxSalary: USD45000
MinSalary: USD40000
