Accounts Payable Specialist - PrideStaff

We have partnered with our client in Plano to help them find an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team temporarily!

This position is 100% onsite and Temporary.

Compensation : $25/hr

Duties :

• Full-cycle AP processing
• Manage AP email inbox
• Perform AP reconciliations and audit reports
• Research credit and past due balances
• Print and prepare vendor disbursements
• Set up vendor accounts
• Upload and enter invoices

Requirements:

• Previous full-cycle AP experience (2+ years preferred)
• Bank Reconciliations experience
• Ability to work alone in a fast paced environment
• Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
