The right candidate will also be self-motivated, a quick learner, reliable, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Overview of the role: Accounts Payable Specialist
- Accounts Payable processing - code and enter, seek approvals, and manage check runs - around 50-100 per week.
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry and records management in accounting software system and Excel.
- Someone who can communicate well with management will thrive in this role.
Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Payable Specialist
- Effective communication with all levels of employees and vendors.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation, flexibility and professionalism.
