Accounts Payable Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

What You'll Do:
As a Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping the financial gears turning smoothly. You'll be responsible for:

• Processing high volume invoices with speed and accuracy
• Ensuring all vendor payments are made on time and without errors
• Reconciling statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Collaborating with project managers and vendors to maintain financial accuracy
• Supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes

What We're Looking For:

• Experience processing high-volume invoices in an AP role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, construction-related environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction accounting is a plus, but not required
