Summary
Compiles and maintains accounts payable records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. For assigned accounts, performs some or all of the following:
- Receive, vendor code and route electronically scanned invoices for approval in eCMS workflow system.
- Prepare and electronically scan, index, and enter vendor invoices, subsistence payments, expense reports, fringe benefits, petty cash, garnishments, check requisitions and subcontract invoices via eCMS accounting system.
- Process AP invoice batches for electronically approved invoices in eCMS accounting system
- Produces checks daily, for numerous Alberici Enterprise companies and process cash reports.
- Send EFT registers to General Accounting team
- Audits vendor statements and corresponds with vendors when necessary.
- Produces flash checks as requested for special circumstances.
- Research Vendor Refunds
- . Acquiring W9 and EFT information
- Maintain all accounts payable records for storage, retrieval, and proper disposal.
- Provide training and support for all workflow users.
- Travel to Company and subsidiary offices; offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings; and other locations across North America to fulfill the essential duties of the role as required.
- Regular and reliable attendance in person as required by your Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.

- Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization. Always wears a hard helmet and other appropriate personal protective equipment in the field.
- Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures, and maintains a good attendance/tardiness record.
- Ensures client satisfaction, both internally and externally, through positive, pleasant, professional, and efficient handling of issues.
- Exercises good interpersonal skills by gladly assisting others to accomplish work of the organization, even if it is outside the scope of regular duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED AND 2-4 years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience with Construction industry a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Reads and comprehends instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Writes correspondence to internal and external clients.
- Effectively presents information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Computes rates, ratios, and percentages, and draws and interprets bar graphs.
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Deals with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Organizes and manages time, duties, and activities in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment efficiently.
