Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Position:

• Enter invoices, code invoices to General Ledger, match to receiving slips and POs
• Prepare checks for biweekly check run
• Research and resolve routine account inquiries and discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Prior experience with a major ERP
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in St Joe, Michigan
The salary range is $42,500.00 to $47,500.00.
